Black screen

We are getting a black screen on Xfinity Stream and cannot get any picture or sound. Have reset modem and unplugged/replugged the TV. Samsung TV

@user_g2efjr Hello! Thanks for reaching out on our forums to help with the black screen with the Xfinity Stream app. I'm sorry for the trouble. Good thinking on resetting the modem, I find that helps out with many common issues. Are you able to uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity stream app on the Saumsung TV by chance? Since the modem reset did not help, I would try that next and if you can test the app on a mobile device like a phone or tablet to see if it's an issue on them as well. It would help us narrow down what is causing the interruption. I want to help resolve any issues asap, please let me know if you are still having trouble.
