Blurry low definition

Streaming to Samsung TV with Xfinity App.   Very frequent blurry picture. Every so often it gets clear.    I have high speed internet TV in same room was WiFi router.

any suggestions?

Are you tuning in to the HD channels? On the Xfinity stream main page, go to settings, format, and be sure HD Preferred is selected. You want to watch the 7xx numbered channels and above or TV Go channels that are HD. Not the low single or double digit channels.

Also make sure your TV firmware is up to date. Verify that Samsung does not have a later version on their web site. Sometimes TV will say up to date, but later version online.
