Buffering issues on ONE tv only

I have xfinity stream on all my (3) tvs, NO issues on my 2 tvs but the one LG tv buffers all the time when watching LIVE tv. I even got an ethernet cable, thinking that would help but it did not. I dont understand what the issue is. HELP

Hey @Myentertainment01, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity Stream App on your LG Smart TV. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

What year model and model number television are you using? Do you experience issues on all channels or specific channels? Do you receive any error code or error messages when attempting to watch any content? Has the TV been verified to be connected to Ethernet over WiFi within the settings? Sometimes devices do not automatically switch over and network setting changes will be needed.

@XfinityDemitrius it's an LG UM7300, yes ethernet connection is verified. No error codes and occurs on random channels

Myentertainment01 Thanks for confirming. Is the LG up to date with the latest OS?
