Buffering

XFINITY HAS LOTS OF COMPLAINTS streaming isnt enjoyable stops every few minutes to catch up with data … video I even upgraded my data for one person Still not working properly

Not to worry, our XFINITY dedicated team is ready to help fix this issue together! Could you please connect your modem with a hardwired connection to a PC, then run a speed test? Please provide the results here once completed.
