Cancel 2 services from my Xfinity bill

I have 2 services that I would like to remove from my monthly bill.

1. X1 Cloud DVR

2. xFi Complete

What do I need to do?

Hello @user_3b7970, you've reached the right place, we can absolutely help you! Before making these changes, please note how your daily experience will adjust:

Downgrading or removing your premium DVR tier will impact your overall storage space. Any recorded hours exceeding your new standard limit will be deleted, starting with the oldest recordings first. 

Removing xFi Complete removes unlimited data from your plan, returning your account to the standard regional data cap.

Would you like to check your current monthly data usage to ensure removing these won't trigger unexpected standard overage charges later?
