Canceling Max with Ads

I want to cancel my Max with ads subscription, I have tried going through Max which only sends me back to the xfinity website. I have tried going through the xfinity website but the subscription doesn't show up when trying to remove additional channels/premium subscriptions. Despite the fact that the channel doesn't show up where you can customize your plan, it does show up on my bill and I want to cancel it. How can I go about canceling this subscription?

user_bpyl3y, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. If your subscription is through us, then we would have to remove it for you. If you added it on your own then you would contact Max directly. It sounds like you went through us. 

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
