Cannot View Activated Peacock on X1/TV

Activated Stream Saver Peacock on Xfinity via computer. Subscription hub shows Peacock is activated. Cannot log into Peacock App on X1/TV to watch shows. Peacock requests that I pick a plan. Several attempts to log into Peacock App with email and password proved useless. But, no problem watching Peacock on my computer. Please advise. Thanks

As noted in other similar subject posts. Sent a DM to Xfinity Support regarding my OP. Being a first time participant in this forum, will Xfinity respond to my DM within a certain timeframe, or will I have to try opening other doors (call, visit local Xfinity office etc). Thanks

Never did get a response from Xfinity Support. Fortunately, I figured this issue out.  Watching Peacock on my TV as I write this 🙂
