Can't access WTXF FOX 5 from Philadelphia via Stream

Haven't been able to get WTXF FOX 5 channel via Xfinity Stream for the past 3 weeks.  Restarted FireStick, Restarted Xfinity internet router. Still no luck. Error message says "Due to programming restrictions, this show is currently unavailable on this device. Please tune in on your TV, or check back for other programing later"

Thanks @user_4avj9v! Are you still experiencing issues at this time? Does the channel play through other ways? (X1 Box, casting, etc)

Yes. Still having the issue and not happy about it. Spoke with an agent 10/10 who assured me it would be resolved in. "48hrs". Still nothing. He was happy enough though to get me to sign up for mobile service but deceptive about solving my issue. No, channel doesn't work on any other device.
