CANT CHANGE CHANNELS

Today the mini guide has disappeared.  Or using the back button doesn’t bring up the live feed guide anymore.  We’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it.  And nothing has worked.  We have a Samsung smart tv.

I have the same problem on my LG after an update. The only thing I can do is go into my history or change CC settings. Otherwise the app is completely useless.  Kind of funny as soon as it stops being "beta" it doesn't work.

Today the mini guide has disappeared. ... We have a Samsung smart tv.

In https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/x1/missing-mini-guide/62db365d6f170a2f7efb365b?commentId=62dddb1c6a3f856065f6d062&replyId=62de6d416f170a2f7efb5a2e employee @XfinityEva wrote:

Unfortunately the employee did not indicate how to tell how much RAM memory a TV has.

Without the MiniGuide, to change the channel on my Samsung I have to [Return] to the first Stream screen ("Now Playing"), select "Live TV", and scroll-scroll-scroll to the channel I want to watch. "Saved", "Browse", "Search", and "Settings" are also options on that screen.

@user_f32795 I removed some apps and boom the menu is back.  Originally I couldn't even get the live TV menu so I couldn't change the channel.  I only could see Last Watched. I have a Samsung TV too

@user_f32795 try to delete more apps.  My husband deleted apps we don’t need or use until the tv memory said 2.0.  Then turned the tv off for a while and then it worked fine.  So far no issues yet.
