Can’t connect using fire stick
I use to be able to watch the Today show every morning but now I’m getting the “please connect to your in-home WiFi! I’m already connected to my WiFi. I use the Amazon fire stick. What’s going on?

First things first, have you tried restarting your modem? I had a similar issue like this occur in my home and it was due to an interrupted connection, so I restarted my modem and it worked like a charm. If you have not tried restarting your modem, this link will give you step-by-step instructions on how to restart your modem by using the Xfinity MyAccount app and/or your account online.
