To confirm when you say the old method, how are you trying to access your email?  On the web portal [connect.xfinity.com] or through a third-party app?

@user_c9a3hv​ thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I understand the frustration when you're not able to access your important email communications and wanted to see if you're still unable to get into your email. If you're still having issues, would you be able to answer the following: 

- Are you unable to log in here to access your email: https://www.xfinity.com/email ?
- Are you using a 3rd party email client?
- Do you receive any error messages when trying to log into your email? 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
