Can’t use Xfinity now pass on my Roku tv

When I try to use on my Roku tv it says am I at home or hotel and home doesn’t work and hotel give me a password and I put it in my iPhone out don’t work

Cutegurl Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear your Now Wi-Fi Pass is not working on your Roku TV. All inquiries for NOW Wi-Fi would need to go to the phone number provided on the confirmation email you received when you bought your pass. We currently do not have support available for NOW Wi-Fi Pass over the community forums platform, my apologies.
