chromecast button on xfinity.com/stream not showing

all of a sudden, the chromecast button for xfinity.com/stream is not showing on website?  WiFi connected, restarted everything, laptop, tv, router.  Why did it just stop working?

@XfinityGabby​ read the instructions.  The chromecast button is no longer available on xfinity.com/stream?  Why?  Unplugged, and restarted tv, restarted laptop.  Do I need to restart router?  This is very frustrating.  Been working all this time, and suddenly no cast button available.

@XfinityVictor​ not using the app on macbook, just chrome browser.  It was working then suddenly not.  Dont see where there is an xfinity app to download for macbook

user_fd0cbe Shoot! I'm confident we an get this sorted out. There is a limit to the amount of devices you can have streaming at the same time depending on the type of subscription you have. Do you have other devices connected besides your phone? 
 

Concurrent stream limits apply to Xfinity Stream devices (phone, tablet, laptop):

  • Five concurrent streams across all account devices for Xfinity TV and Choice TV customers.
    • Only three of these devices can be off the customer’s in-home WiFi network.
  • Two concurrent streams across all devices for Xfinity Instant TV customers.
