user_lfbvll Thank you for reaching out! Are you seeing any error codes along with the message when trying to access the CNBC app?

@XfinityMartyR We have been having the same problems for WEEKS.  It constantly logs us out (sometimes multiple times in a day), and when we go to log in, it tells me that we're already logged in.  This is on a new (5 weeks) Samsung TV, but it also happened on our FireTV prior to that. Today, I had to delete the app completely from my TV in order to be able to login.

I’m really sorry, user_i3h0fo. Dealing with this for weeks across multiple devices isn’t okay. Since it’s happening on both a Samsung TV and Fire TV, this points to an account or app authorization issue. Reinstalling the app can help temporarily, but we should reset the streaming access on the account to see if that helps. Let’s move this to a private message. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
