Constant buffering

Stream app on LG Smart TV is constantly buffering. Occasionally receive a message stating “working on problem” or “attempting to resume” but continues all night. All other apps work fine. I have logged out & uninstalled and keeps doing it. Totally not worth the amount you pay for service..

@user_amcejp We appreciate your time in reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. This is definitely not the experience we want for our valued customers. Do you have any other devices you are using the Stream app on? Is it buffering if you try to use it on those devices? Also, have you checked to make sure the TV itself is up to date on any firmware updates?
