disable screen saver

I have gone through years of people asking to have the ability to turn off the screensaver.  Not  have it for, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, or 5 hours.   Totally turned off, Many of the users, are paying anywhere from $200 - $300 or more a month,  Stop holding us hostage and get your programmers to put in an option to totally disable the screen saver.  I do not like having to go to my remote and click on it to get rid of the screensaver.  From all of the posts I have read,  you have way to many complaints about this, to not have resolved it by now.   FIX IT!!!!!

@txsgent Thank you for taking time out of your day to send your feedback about the screen saver on your TV. While we cannot disable the feature, it won't appear while the Pandora app is open and streaming music. You can read about ways to customize the screen saver here.

You have programmers/coders. YES YOU CAN FIX IT!!!!    I did not ask about using it on Pandora,   I want in the settings, for Screen Saver, an option to totally disable it..  Your coders had no problems, setting  up times,   had I known I could not turn it off, I never would have activated it.     While they are at it,   they can also provide a way to turn off are you still watching,  because that still pops up also, even after you turn it off. Probably because of the Screensaver.

If you can not fix it, I can go elsewhere for my internet and tv channels.  Start making your paying customers happy, by actually listening to them.  not just blowing them off.
