DVR recordings not visible on mobile app
This problem has been going on since early this year. There is no fix! After multiple phone calls, reps calling back. Losing my internet, re-establishing my internet. Connecting and reconnecting power and cables cords. System reboots, technicians to the house. NOTHING and to date I am still only able to view my DVR recordings from the cable box and the connected TV! Looking forward to looking at other cable options!!
