@user_83smdi Verify the cable connection to the box, and wall is secure. I would unscrew, then screw back in tightly. If still have a problem, do you have another outlet you can try?

But I greatly appreciate you trying to correct the error with rebooting the device. That would be my first step as well, after telling my husband that I broke something again. 😀Sometimes unplugging the coaxial cable can help with clearing the errors as well. Do you have any other cable boxes that are having an issue as well?
