Error Code TVAPP-00195
Wow! I thought it was just me, but I see, others are having the same issue. I call samsung to troubleshoot with no resolution. I unplug TV, rebooted it, uninstall app then reinstall it, updated app. All did not work. At what point will xfinity, fix this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_e5me29. I do know that there was a known issue that our engineering team has been working on, we do not have an estimated time for that resolution as yet.
