Error code TVAPP-00349 when streaming on WiFi outside the house
Have been using Xfinity Stream to watch tv shows that have been recorded on the DVR for several years now but a couple minutes into watching the show it stops and comes up with an error TVAPP-00349. I have tried it on several different devices, on our home network and outside our network on WiFi, and got the same error. This just started the last couple of days. Please advise. Thanks.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I made sure my devices are up to date as well. Anyone else experiencing this issue and out there? I would really appreciate your help. Thx

I have had the same issue for a month. I have spent several hours on chats and phone calls with Xfinity. They have no explanation. I was promised a follow-up call if the diagnostics on their end did not work. I have received no phone calls, no help. I have decided to choose a different streaming service as $244/month for a product that does not work, along with terrible customer service is simply a waste.

Too little, too late. Xfinity customer service is useless. The cost of Xfinity cable is far and above what the product is worth-especially when compared to other streaming services.
