Error code

Just bought a new Samsung tv yesterday and we’re having the same error code problem as well as on the Samsung tv we’ve had for a couple years.

In addition, I can stream from my phone or tablet but it buffers periodically.

Hello there @user_q9gnwe!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and happy to help in any way that we can.  At this time, we are aware of this is issue.  The matter has been escalated and is being worked on.  Please feel free to cast on other devices as well as streaming on other availble devices that carry our Stream app.  Once an update has been made, we will convey that informaiton to you.
