I have the same error code - the TV shows "Let's try that again" and "Try Again" in a gray box and below that, the XRE-00303-C One of my remotes makes the "Try Again" box blink, but nothing happens. The other does nothing. I have tried the un pair/re pair, but it cannot get to the pair screen, cuz I am stuck on "Let's try that again" ... This began a few hours ago, after an overlapping network outage, and a power outage in Seattle, with TV stuck in a "Voice Command" loop where no buttons on the remote would get past it. The "online assistant" (accessed via my phone) restarted the X1 box twice, and got me to this point. Neither of my remotes will get past this. And the Assistant notified me that it had blocked my phone # I could use some help, too ...
