Error in set-up
I’m setting up my tv using Xumo from Xfinity. An error message came on: Sorry, due to an error, you’re currently experiencing limited service. We’re working hard to fix the problem. It’s been at this screen for a while. What do I need to do?

HI there, @user_cu4yio! Thanks for reaching out about the error on the Xfinity Xumo Stream box. Did you try to unplug the box and plug it back in so it resets? Is this your first time using the box or did you have it on a different TV before?
