Error tv app-00287

The Xfinity dream app is not working on mine or my kids Roku tv it keeps popping up an error tvapp-00287 and will not work. It’s been like this for three days and it needs to be fixed I pay too much Money for us not to be able to watch tv in our own rooms smh I’ve literally done everything to resolve the problem and NOTHING works!! FIX THE PROBLEM

user_nigod5  Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity forum so we can make sure you're able to stream all your favorite content :). Please restart your modem and let me know if you continue seeing this error once your internet connection is back up and running.

I tried restarting my modem and we are still receiving this message
