Error tv app-00287

I've been getting the error tvapp-00287 for weeks I'm connected to my home wifi. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the streaming app it's well as restarted my modem and nothing works it's been 3 weeks and 3 smart tvs and a roku device as well as an iPad just keep getting that error. Fix the streaming app please. I'm ready to dump xfinity and go somewhere else

Thanks for reaching out! I would not be happy if I was not able to stream my services via the Xfinity streaming app, let's get this resolved for you,  please send me a direct message

 

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
