Error tvapp 00502

Hello-

i have been unable to view live tv via the xfinity app on any devices that previously played the service (macbook pro, iphone se, 2 different roku tvs and an ipad)

i went to a physical store today and they confirmed that i should be getting the channels/service bit were unable to help.

please advise

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
