I am a TV subscriber and cannot get this working. It works on my PCs and IOS, but not on an LG TV that was working just fine. I have removed the APP Re-downloaded and still the same issue. TV Firmware updated etc.
Please help

Read a comment on how to direct message regarding this, but I do not see any direct message Icon at this link https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging, a screenshot would be appreciated if there is such a thing

I am also a Xfinity tv (and internet) customer and get this same
error when logging into the preloaded Xfinity Stream app on my new Pioneer Xumo TV. Help!
