Same problem here. Worked fine this morning, but this afternoon I now see no live TV channels (all filters off), and my previously-played channels and filters are missing. Logged-out and back-in, but no help.
Problem has been resolved, but not by anything I did. I believe that this is (another) instance of the Xfinity stream backend failing. Perhaps Xfinity provides real-time service status information where one could check to see if there are service issues?

To resolve an Xfinity Stream issue of missing live channels, try the following steps:
Restart your streaming device or TV box, then try reinstalling the Xfinity Stream app on any devices you use to watch TV.
If these steps don't work, check your device's Wi-Fi connection to ensure it is connected to your in-home network, not the public Xfinity WiFi.
