Hey there, @user_5gh3in. It would depend on your current channel lineup but Xfinity does have access to Fanduel. You can check out all of our channel tiers and which are associated with which through our channel lineup. You can type in the channel in the search bar after you're logged in to locate it easier.
I am using a Roku box and can’t get fanduel I have tried. I have the 125+ channel package. I have only been a customer for a week now and I was told that a zumo box and voice remote was included in my package because I am a new customer. Why didn’t I get one? I have a hard time trying to get anyone to help me.
Are you attempting to access Fanduel through the Xfinity Stream app or the Fanduel app on the Roku? Xumo is a separate service than Xfinity TV. If you have an Xfinity TV channel tier you would get access to the X1 service which is a cable box. We have many different versions of cable boxes and come with a monthly rental fee. The Xumo service is something a bit different than our Xfinity TV service and the equipment that supports it.
Here is the terms of service for Xumo:
Restrictions apply. Not available to current Xfinity TV customers. Requires post-paid subscription to Xfinity Internet, excluding Internet Essentials. Taxes, fees and other applicable charges extra, and subject to change. One-time $15 activation fee per account. Limited to 3 devices. Currently, one device included with monthly Xfinity Internet service. Additional devices $5/mo. Pricing is subject to change. Taxes, fees and other applicable charges extra, and subject to change. All devices must be returned when service ends. Separate charges apply to On Demand and certain streaming services. Viewing will count against any Comcast data plan.
