Fantastic 4 2025 movie

Looks like there is an issue with the movie not playing.  Question is I rented it and when that didn't play I purchased it and got same result. Don't really want to buy the movie since I haven't seen it yet.  Please credit them both, and I will try again at a later time when you fix the issue

Firstly, please send over a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.

Same with me. But all they do is credit me back but I want to watch the movie.
