Fire TV Cube freezing
My Xfinity stream app video freezes intermittently but audio is fine when stream live content using my Amazon Fire Cube Gen 3 TV on my TV. I have uninstalled the app several times, cleared the cache updated all firmware. And software. My ROKU stick does not do this.
How about a fix after all these years

We appreciate you verifying that you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as making sure the app is up-to-date, we apologize for the inconvenience and understand your frustrations. I love our stream app and get upset when it's not working properly, so I understand where you are coming from. Do you experience this issue on all channels you try to stream live or one or two specific channels? Do you also have this issue when streaming recorded content?
