Freezing
I have zero equipment from Comcast. I use their streaming app on 3 TV:s. My own router. Still paying $150 for a non premium bundle.
My TV's are freezing up every day. Xfinity SAID they fixed the problem, but hell no!
The signal freezes, and the TV automatically rebooted after about 10 seconds.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @mikeherner. I would be happy to check on any issue with our stream app from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have the same freezing problem. Picture freezes about 10 seconds and then continues. Technicians have been around many times but since the problem does not occur while they are there they can't solve it. I know it is not the TV since it also freezes another one. It is still an open problem and as of 3/18 they continue to say they will keep trying to resolve it. It is nice to know it is not just my problem.
