@user_cuaoc2 If you are trying to get back to the guide, use the back button. If you are trying to change channels while watching a program, the up and down arrows should change channels.
I don't have an LG, but to change the channel in the app on my Samsung I have to [Return] to the first Stream screen ("Now Playing"), select "Live TV", and scroll-scroll-scroll (using the Up and Down arrows, not CH+ or CH-) to the channel I want to watch. "Saved", "Browse", "Search", and "Settings" are also options on the "Now Playing" screen.

user_cuaoc2, thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing great today. I see you're using the awesome Xfinity Stream App, which allows you access to all the content you love while at home or on the road. If you're connected to the home network, you'll have access to your full channel line up, which is even more fantastic. I see you are able to open and use the app, but you are having some trouble navigating. Does it provide you a guide when you open the app, or does it start playing a show right away? If you navigate with your remote, does it do nothing at all?
