I am watching a program on acorn through xfinity. I keep getting play back era 1001.What is this

I am watching a program on acorn and I keep getting a error message.Play back 1001 it was working perfectly at first, what happened?Why am I getting this

To better support you with this, did this occur while watching Live TV or a recorded program? Has it occurred more than once or is this the first time? Also, are you watching through an Xfinity cable box, through the Xfinity Stream app on a mobile device, or through 3rd party equipment (Roku, Smart TV)?
