I want to add streaming services to my xfinity plan.

I have accounts with Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu, but when I try to stream content on those services, I get a message saying that I need to add an Internet service to my plan (which I already have). The error message says to go to xfinity.com and select "shop/upgrade", which doesn't seem to exist.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to contact a human being at Xfinity to explain this and determine what I need to do.

I want to ensure I'm on the same page to futher assist and had a couple of questions when you have time to answer: 

- Are you trying to access the streaming services via an X1/Xumo set-top box: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-flex-paid-movies-apps ? 
- Are you paying for those streaming service as a bundle with our service or directly through the provider?
