@user_p0tnky What device are you trying to use Xfinity Stream on? Whatever the device, it needs to be connected to the internet for the Stream app to function.

With the Xfinity Stream app, if you are not connected to in home WiFi provided by Xfinity, you are limited on the channels that you can watch @user_p0tnky.

I am trying to connect my fire stick to Xfinity stream . Some channels I watch , I can’t get because it tells me I have to have In home Wi-Fi.
