iPhone streaming App Library kicks me out of app

For 48 hours, when I use the Xfinity streaming app on my iPhone, and tap on library to see my recordings, I I am instantly kicked out of the app.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_u5f7sy! For troubleshooting purposes please:

  • Log out of the app.
  • Delete the app from your phone.
  • Redownload the app from the app store.
  • Then sign back in to the app.

I have the same problem on iPhone and iPad. I did all of the steps suggested and it still doesn’t work.
