Issues with paramount plus
I’m having issues with Paramount Plus. This issue has been ongoing for weeks now. I’ve read the comments from previous posts and what’s the point? Why have Paramount Played a, if the issue is still ongoing? I’ve restarted my box numerous times. Deleted some programs, still the issue persists. I don’t see the point of having this app on the Xfinity network if it doesn’t work half the time.

One is by exchanging your cable box. Are you able to share the make and model of your primary box? We can ship you an exchange, or you can pick one up at an Xfinity store. You can easily make an appointment using the link below if you wanted to give this a try.
Additional details can help as well. Such as how many boxes you have or if this is only happening using the Xfinity Stream app or website to view the content.
