Keeps signing me out of my iPad!

Very annoying, I enjoy watching my shows on my iPad and recently Xfinity keeps logging me out requesting a code from my husbands telephone and he may not be around or busy . We pay a lot for our service and there should be a way to recognize our devices, By the way, I’m usually at home. Your call center doesn’t give an opinion to discuss this and it’s also inconvenient, we also paid for Apple TV and it only transmits on 2 TVs but doesn’t have the option on the main tv , the icon is not there.

Hello user_afbjf5! Thank you for sharing your experience with us and for reaching out to us on out Xfinity Forums. I know how annoying it can be to have to keep signing in to an application, especially when trying to simply watch a show. When you are accessing our Xfinity stream services are you using the Xfinity stream app on the ipad or through a browser like safari on the ipad? If you are using the app we would want to make sure that you are using the latest version of the app as well as the ipad being on the latest operating system. For needing to complete two-factor authentication that is a setting that can be disabled in the account settings. If the security code is being sent to your husband, that can be updated to your phone number or email address as well under security in the Xfinity app

For apple TV are you accessing the service through an app on a device like a fire stick or through a Xfinity X1 cable box?
