@user_13h50i Thanks for the additional details. Some content and networks are only available while connected to your home Xfinity Wi-Fi network. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to access CBS?
I find using the filter typically located at the top of the app and select available out of home then click done as it will only display available content for out of home streaming. Is CBS still listed?
