Looking to subscribe to StreamSaver or any service that includes a Netflix subscription

I’ve been searching for services that include Netflix as part of the package, but all I keep finding are the TV NOW plans, and I don’t want those. Are there no packages anymore that include Netflix?

user_v9no5g Thanks for reaching out with your great question. If you are referring to our TV lineup offers like Popular or Ultimate, then no there aren't any packages that include Netflix at this time. Many of our Streaming plans you mentioned do, but those are also streaming packages with Netflix streaming included, and not a standard cable TV package.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
