Loud commercial

I’m watching CNBC and this commercial for “etherium mini trust” is extraordinarily loud. Imparted to the rest of the show and commercials

@user_x993pu  We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. There could be a problem with the programming not set to match the commercials and we would like to look into that for you. Since there are hundreds of channels and lots of commercials, I would like to ask if there are specific programs or channels that you are hearing loud commercials on and how long you have noticed them? Has it only been with this channel and commercial or have you noticed this on any other channels and commercials as well?

I watch CNBC.  Also happened on CNN with same commercial.    This only happens when I stream from my computer.  It never happens when I watch it via tv.  This has been happening for months..  it’s usually few commercials but not all.   It was initially the cancer institute commercial.  Now it’s etherium commercial.  But there is definitely a variance in sound quality for some commercials.
