Loud commercials

im streaming Comcast on my computer and sometimes in my phone.  
Why are commercials so much louder than a regular stream?

  1. Name and call sign of the broadcast or cable station
  2. Date and time the commercial aired
  3. Channel and/or network involved
  4. Name of the program during which the commercial was viewed
  5. Name of the advertiser/sponsor or product involved

Watching CNBC.  Almost all commercials.  It used to be local ones but now there is a wide difference between programs and commercials .  When it goes to commercials volume goes super high.  Peloton ozempic are the two I could identify.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message: 

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon 
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

@user_x993pu Hello! Can you go into your settings while logged into your Forums profile and make sure you are opted into sending and receiving Direct Messages? We've had others with similar issues like you are reporting and has commonly been the reason why there might be some difficulty.
