Max Sports Streaming

POOR STREAMING OF MAX COVERAGE OF SPORTS: When watching any games featured on Max, e.g. NCAA Final Four, NBA Playoffs that are live on TNT and featured coverage on Max, they constantly freeze, have disjointed video and sound that make them unwatchable when viewed on Max. I have high-speed internet, Ad-free Max subscription, which suggests Xfinity is restricting bandwidth for TNT coverage through Max. VERY POOR. What is the solution to permit viewing of these events featured on Max?

Appreciate you looping us in on this situation with the streaming quality. I was wondering if you have issues with other streaming platforms from a quality position? Does the Xfinity Stream app also have these same hiccups in quality?

For the most part, no. However, there are occasional hiccups, infrequent, with Xfinity streaming. I did try going through Xfinity support call for the Max - TNT sports streaming issue that was routed through some foreign port with extremely poor communication skills, and I eventually ended the call it was so bad without any hope for a solution. I'm here because I did not find any other accessible place to route my complaint and hopefully find a solution. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
