Missing channels

I am missing several channels including TV Land. It says I need to subscribe but it’s in my package channel line up.

@Carolss We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums regarding the subscription error with your channels. If you are still experiencing this error please try the following steps:

  1. Press the A button on your remote control to access the Help menu.
  2. Press the OK button to select the Restart tile.
  3. Press the OK button again to select Restart.
  4. It may take a few moments for the TV Box to restart.

If you are still unable to view your programming please let us know so we can continue troubleshooting with you.

Our engineers have identified an account refresh signal is needed to resolve this issue happening on the stream app. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely assist with sending this signal. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:


Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Same, on TiVo settop box with CableCard. But I can cast the channel(s) from Stream app on my iPad to a TiVo 4K streaming dongle.

I've seen references to "IP channels" but there's no indication anywhere in the published channel lineup of which ones these are. And nothing preemptively alerting users that this is a known issues. {side-eye}
