Missing channels

I have lost all my channels since yesterday 3/25/2025. I have called Xfinity three times, twice yesterday and again today. All I can get through to is Chat. That has been worthless. They keep telling me I need to subscribe. Well I have subscribe for the last six years and just paid my bill for this month early not late. I have waited yesterday for a return calll that never came and again today I was promised a return call and I am still waiting. I have one channel QVC of all things which I got by going to Xfinity Live TV. I can’t get through to anyone by calling and again they are not returning calls even when told they will. Any suggestions. I am not very knowledgeable where TV is concern.
