Missing play button

I am no longer an xfinity customer but still use the xfinity stream app to watch the movies I had purchased in the past. 2 movies are missing the play button and only show the add to list button. I have tried this on my phone, a roku stick, a roku device and get the same thing. The movies are The ballad of songbird and snakes and Guardians of the galaxy volume 3.

@X-mod Did you also try the Stream app on your computer using a web browser? https://www.xfinity.com/stream/

Yes, and for these 2 specific movies it won't give me an option to play them.

Hi there @X-mod!  Thank you so much cor taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support!  We're so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can.  Can you tell me if the selections purchased are able to be viewed on another device separate from the Roku you're attempting to watch?

Thanks for reaching out. I am unable to watch these 2 movies on any device. I have tried a laptop, phone roku stick and a roku tv.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
