Moto G not streaming live TV. DVR content is played. Moto E does stream
Hoping everyone is well. Looking for a setting in Moto G that may be preventing authentication of the device inside xfinity account for live streaming. 3 rd party cookies are permitted in the device, for example. Thank you.

Got it fixed. Not sure why. Level 2 help said turn off phone 30 secs and reboot. I later tried 2 mins off then reboot, in case any adjustment to the system hadn't taken yet. I also turned on location and storage permissions. Now live stream was working on Moto G and if I disabled location and storage permissions it still worked. My current theory is that leaving the phone off (and unplugging the charger too) may have allowed remote initiated (support) corrections to become actually effective. But, perhaps setting permissions on then off helped. Go figure.
