Movies missing in my purchases list

OK I bought the 1973 The Three Musketeers and the 1974 The Four musketeers version together back in 2016 now the 1973 musketeers is missing in my purchases. Nobody in customer service can help me, also he wouldnt send me to another tier. Now I just retired from Comcast and I talked to multiple people and customer service and I keep getting the same thing about after a year things can go away which does not make sense. So either they’re saying they can only look back at a year of purchases or it’s like going to blockbuster if they were still around and if you buy a movie, they can take it back. I just want an answer why that movie has disappeared. It does not exist anywhere on the Xfinity platform so I cannot get that movie back. I know I bought that 1973 version because I would not have bought the 1974 version without the 1973. there is someone somewhere that has an answer and can look at your complete digital purchase history all the way back, not just a year. I do not want to talk to a low level customer service person. I know how that works. I really don’t care about credit or even the money(maybe a little), what I’m concerned about is well any other movies that may disappear for no reason.
