My movie restarted

I’m watching a free movie and I can’t skip ahead. The movie is now back at the beginning and I can’t skip it back ahead to where I was. Help pls?

user_5ce887 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I can understand the inconvenience with not being able to fast-forward or rewind. It is a limitation by the programming partners and networks for some On Demand content.
